The Service

AutoSubmit.to helps you save a launch profile and autofill directory submission forms via a Chrome extension, and track submission status. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Magic-link emails are for your use only; do not share login links.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service or extension
• Submit content you do not have rights to use
• Violate third-party directory rules, terms, or rate limits

Directory sites are independent third parties. AutoSubmit.to does not control their approval processes, policies, or outcomes.

Billing

Paid plans and lifetime purchases are processed by Stripe. Fees, renewals, and cancellations are handled according to the plan you select and Stripe's checkout or customer portal flows. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service, including public showcase pages when you choose to make a campaign public.

Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and software (excluding your content) are owned by 2050.to and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that directory submissions will be accepted, ranked, or indexed by third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2050.to and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
